What We're Actually Building
Humeia is a two-minute daily practice built to close the gap between what people value and how they live. Not another course, not another insight feed. A method, tracked and remembered over time.
We'd rather do a few things with real care than a lot of things at once.
That's true of the product and it's true of how we intend to build the team behind it.
Judgement Over Speed
We'd rather someone think critically, carefully and add wisdom than move fast for speed's sake.
Depth Over Noise
Humeia exists because most personal development is noise. We hold ourselves to the same standard internally.
Real Evidence, Stated Plainly
We say what we can back up and we say so when we can't yet.
I built Humeia because I kept meeting people, in therapy rooms and boardrooms alike, who already knew exactly what they valued and still couldn't live it under pressure. That gap between what someone believes and how they actually behave when it counts is the whole problem Humeia exists to close.
I'm not looking to build a big team quickly. I'd rather find a handful of people who care as much about getting this right as I do, who can sit with a hard question instead of reaching for the fast answer and who understand that judgement and considered human support, not output, is what we're actually building toward.
The people who'd thrive here are self-directed, comfortable with the uncertainty of something this early and more interested in getting a hard problem right than shipping a fast answer.
