1.  About these Terms

1.1 Who we are
Humeia™ (ABN 95 907 679 237) is an Australian business based in Laidley Heights, in the Lockyer Valley, Queensland. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Humeia™ and "you" means the person using our website or services.

1.2 What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to our website, our app, the Clarity Snapshot™, all Human Map™ products, all Humeia™ memberships, our waitlists, pilots and free offers, together with any related content or services (together, "our services").

1.3 Documents that form part of these Terms
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the Cancellation and Refund Policy on cancellations or refunds, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies. If your organisation has a separate written agreement with us, such as for Humeia™ Enterprise or Human Map™ Enterprise, that agreement applies where it differs from these Terms.

1.4 Our platform
Our website, members' area and app run on Zenler, an online course platform. Payments are taken through our Zenler checkout and processed by Stripe or PayPal. Some features of our services depend on these providers.

2.  Eligibility and Your Account

•  You must be 18 or over to use our services. Our services are not directed at anyone under 18.
•  You must give us accurate information when you sign up or buy from us and keep it up to date.
•  Your account is for you alone. Please keep your login details secure and do not share them or let anyone else use your account or membership.
•  You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@humeia.me if you think someone else has used it.
•  If you use our services from outside Australia, you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

3.  Our Services

3.1 What Humeia™ is
Humeia™ is a daily formation practice that helps you live in line with your values. Our content, reflection tools and coaching sessions are for general educational and personal development purposes.

3.2 What Humeia™ is not
Humeia™ is not counselling, psychotherapy or medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and we never diagnose. The optional wellbeing check in the Clarity Snapshot™ is a general check-in, not a clinical assessment. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please speak with your Doctor or another qualified health professional. If you need urgent support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14. In an emergency, call 000.

3.3 Your results
Your Clarity Snapshot™ and Human Map™ results are calculated from your own answers. They are a personal reflection, not an assessment of you or a judgement about you. We do not promise any particular outcome. What you gain depends on your own practice.

3.4 How a Human Map™ may be used
Human Map™ is a personal reflection tool. Neither you nor anyone you share your Map with may use a Human Map™ to make hiring, performance, promotion or pay decisions about any person.

3.5 Products not yet available
Some products named in our policies are not yet available. They will open when we announce them and these Terms will apply to them from then.

3.6 Changes to our services
We keep improving our content and tools, so we may add, change or remove content or features from time to time. If a change significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of the period you have paid for, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4.  Membrships and Free Trials

4.1 Billing and renewal
Humeia™ memberships are billed monthly or annually, as you choose at checkout. They renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. The price, billing period and renewal details are shown at checkout before you pay. By joining, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at each renewal.

4.2 The 14-day free trial
Where your membership includes the 14-day free trial, you are not charged until the 14 days are up. During the trial you can begin the Opening Practice and the daily Humeia™ practice. The Human Map™ included with your membership opens after the trial ends and your first payment is taken. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

4.3 Founding memberships
Founding memberships are offered by invitation, are billed annually and do not include a free trial. Payment is taken when you join and your Human Map™ opens straight away. Your founding price stays the same for as long as your founding membership continues without a break. If your founding membership ends and you join again later, the price at that time applies.

4.4 Cancelling
You can cancel your membership at any time in your account settings or by emailing support@humeia.me. You keep access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds in full.

4.5 Price changes
We may change our membership prices. If the price of your membership is going to change, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then without penalty.

5.  Human Map™ Products

5.1 One-off purchases
Human Map™ products are one-off purchases. Each gives you access to the Map, results and any report described on the product page when you buy. A retake is a new purchase at the retake price shown. If you use the same email address, your retake shows you what has moved since your earlier Map.

5.2 Plus products
Human Map™ Everyday Plus, Human Map™ Pro Plus and Human Map™ Perspectives Plus include a coaching session with one of our Coaching Partners. Coaching sessions must be booked and held within 30 days of payment, unless you arrange a different time with your Coaching Partner. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains what happens if a session is not held in that time.

5.3 Human Map™ Perspectives
Human Map™ Perspectives lets you invite people, such as your manager, peers or direct reports, to give you feedback. When you invite someone, you confirm that they know you and would reasonably expect to be asked. We email each person on your behalf. Their answers are shown to you combined by group, with at least three people in each group, so no one person's answers can be identified. You must not try to identify how any one person answered.

5.4 Sharing your Map
You can choose to share your Human Map™ with a person you name, using a share code. You decide what they see and for how long and you can stop sharing at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how sharing works.

6.  Coaching Partners

Coaching sessions are given by coaches who work with Humeia™ as Coaching Partners. Coaching Partners are independent professionals, not our employees.
After you book, your Coaching Partner emails you to arrange a time and sends you their own video meeting link.

Coaching sessions are not counselling or therapy. Your Coaching Partner sees your Map and results so they can work with you, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

7.  Pilots, Waitlists and Free Offers

From time to time we may run pilot programmes, waitlists and free offers. Unless we say otherwise when you join:

•  You must be 18 or over, places may be limited and we may decide who takes part.
•  Free offers and pilots are free of charge and do not oblige you to buy anything later.
•  Access is personal to you, cannot be transferred and may be for a limited time.
•  A pilot may ask you for feedback, such as a short survey. Where a pilot has its own consent form, you will receive it before you start and it forms part of your agreement with us.
•  Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a place or a price. Invitations and offers are made on the terms shown with them.
•  We may change or end a pilot, waitlist or free offer at any time. Where we can, we will tell you first.

All other parts of these Terms apply to pilots, waitlists and free offers.

8.  Prices and Payment

•  All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
•  Humeia™ is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If we register for GST, the price shown at checkout will be the full price you pay, including GST.
•  Payments are taken through our Zenler checkout and processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or keep your full card number.
•  If you pay from outside Australia, your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or overseas transaction fees. These are not charged by us.
•  If a renewal payment fails, we may pause your access until the payment is made.

Launch Offers and Credit Codes
Launch offers and credit codes apply only on the terms shown with the offer. A credit code can be used once, by one person, for the product and by the date shown. Credit codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred and are not refundable

12.  Artificial Intelligence

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help develop our content, as explained in our Privacy Policy. All content is reviewed, approved and finalised by a person. Your results are calculated from your own answers, not generated by AI.

Our online tools, including the Clarity Snapshot™, Human Map™, Formation Companion™ and Shaped by You™, were designed by Humeia™ and built with AI as a coding assistant. When you use them, no AI is involved and nothing you enter is sent to any AI service.

Our platform, Zenler, can provide AI-powered features. We do not currently switch on AI-powered features for customers. If we do in future, we will tell you before they go live and update these Terms and our Privacy Policy to explain what they do and what information they use. •  anything they produce is for general information only and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, so please check it before you rely on it

Contributors are responsible for reviewing and checking their content before it is published.

If a contributor uploads video that uses HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) compression, the contributor is responsible for any royalties payable to the HEVC patent owners or their licensing administrators.

•  You can end your agreement with us at any time by cancelling your membership or by emailing support@humeia.me to close your account.
•  We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, for example by sharing your login, copying our content or mistreating others or if the law requires us to. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
•  If we end your access when you have not breached these Terms, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
•  While a payment dispute is open, we may pause access to the product in dispute, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

15.  Availability, Accuracy and Links

•  We aim to keep our services available at all times but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error free. They may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems with our platform or other providers.
•  We take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, but it may sometimes contain errors. We may correct or update content at any time. If you notice something that looks wrong, please tell us.
•  Our services may link to other websites. We do not control those websites and a link does not mean we endorse them. You use them at your own risk.

16.  Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). They must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose we told you about or you made known to us and be delivered within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the remedies available if something goes wrong.
