what you're probably wondering
Isn't this just another leadership programme with extra steps?
Mechanically, yes, you answer a short prompt and it remembers what you said. What's different is what it's built around. Most leadership tools let you log meetings held and hours coached. The Formation Companion only ever asks one thing: whether the decision you actually made under pressure matched what you say you value as a leader. There is no streak, no score and no badge for showing up.

Is this therapy, or executive coaching?
No. It's a structured daily practice, not a clinical tool or a coaching engagement. If you're working with a coach or a therapist, this sits alongside that. It isn't a replacement for either.
Will anyone else see what I write?
